Muscat Governorate Staff Trained in Institutional and Individual Competency
Muscat Governorate concluded its training sessions to supervisory cadre to accelerate the implementation process of the new system evaluating employee`s performance and general institutional proficiency. The training was carried out from August 18-30, targeting all Muscat Governorate units.
The new system aims at improving the evaluation tool of staff performance and linking their productivity with incentives, which in return reflects positively on the quality of services provided to beneficiaries and enhancing community confidence in government performance.
