In part of the Tree Day celebrations, which coincides on 31 October every year, Muscat Municipality implements awareness programmes to consolidate the objectives of the occasion, prominently to take care of green landscapes, planting trees and afforestation. The Community Partnership unit of Muscat Municipality will hold a meeting today with the Omani Women Association in al-Amirat to educate them on how to take care of ornamental plants and to maintain home gardens free of pests.
