Muscat Municipality in Seeb implements a pest control programme to eliminate pests and rodents in residential areas, squares and public squares in the wilayah of Seeb.

The programme started late in September 2021 and will continue until the end of April 2022. There will be nine teams to carry out the control tasks, six of them allocated to work with large cold foggers covering areas that host mosquitoes and flies most. Another four teams will do the rodent control job in Seeb.

Muscat Municipality still reiterates the role of citizens and residents to follow a sanitary hygiene and healthy habits to reduce sources of pathogens.
