Muscat Municipality School Awareness Project Continues
The Community Partnership Department of Muscat Municipality continues to implement its school awareness programme in many schools in Muscat, in cooperation with the General Directorate of education.
The project aims to raise the level of awareness of environmental issues, and to consolidate individual and community responsibility, all to maintain the cleanliness of the environment and preserving public properties.
The project has offered an awareness dialogue talking about issues related to tampering with public properties and healthy food, implemented in Schools of Khawla Bint Al-Yaman for basic education (1-12) in Qurayyat, Al-Fadila school for basic education (1-4) and Umm Warqa Al-ansariya school for basic education (8-10) in Seeb and Sheikh Abu Nabhan Al-kharousi school for basic education (5-10) and Asim Bin Omar bin al-Khattab school for basic education (5-10 in Bousher.
Muscat Municipality will continue the project during the coming period according to a plan prepared in advance, engaging as many students as possible.
