Municipal Clean-up Drive Kicks Off
The Community Partnership Department of Muscat Municipality launched today its a clean-up programme in Muscat Governorate, held in cooperation with the municipality`s service directorates in all wilayahs.
The programme aims to establish an environmental awareness among community members and to instill them the importance of effective partnership in the field and consolidate the principle of collective effort in preserving the environment. The first campaign took place at Al Bustan beach in Muscat carried out in cooperation with Muscat Charity Team and there will be 5 other campaigns to be held in other wilayahs of Muscat.
