Muscat Governorate Staff Educated on Financial Awareness
Within the pursuit to invest in human resources, Muscat Governorate held a lecture to its staff on the financial awareness and its role in job stability. The lecture aimed at introducing the importance of financial saving for individual and the national economy, and its impact on positive thinking and job stability.
The lecture was organized in cooperation between Muscat Municipality of Muscat and the Eghna Center for training services, focused mainly on the importance of financial saving and its relationship to the culture of rationalization in spending.
Participants were also trained on how to build wealth through the development of financial plans, thus contributing to the recycling of savings in matters that benefit and increase the percentage of individual investment. The lecture shed light on the methods that help to change thinking regarding income and savings, skills to generate ideas and how to develop an appropriate mechanism for the implementation and development of entrepreneurial ideas.
