Muscat Municipality Trains Staff with The Art of Speaking & Influence

Intending to invest optimally in human resources and to acquaint a group of staff with the basic skills of effective conversation, Muscat Municipality concluded its training programme "The Art of Speaking and Influence", which targeted a group of employees of Muscat Governorate and Muscat Municipality.
The programme last for three consecutive days and was presented by Yousuf Al Ameri. It aimed at developing the skills of participants in confidence and persuasion, whether in public settings or within the work environment. Employees were also introduced to techniques of positive speaking and persuasion and acquainted with practices to effective dialogues.
