Vital Road Infrastructure Projects in Bousher Commercial District
Part of the ongoing efforts initiated by Muscat Municipality to develop the road infrastructure and service projects, the directorate general of projects in Muscat Municipality is constructing internal roads in Bousher commercial area, upgrading the road infrastructure in a way that meets the growing population and urban expansion in the busy commercial area in Bousher.
The project will construct 12 km internal roads, parking lots and building side protection to some roads where needed, while transferring current service lines overlapping on the road tracks. The project will significantly help reduce traffic congestion in the area and will offer more safety to users. It is hoped that the project will be completed early next year.
