Muscat Municipality Trains Vendors of Mutrah Market
In order to raise awareness on the health requirements to maintain the food quality in Muscat, Muscat Municipality carried out a number of training workshops to the vendors of fish, vegetables and fruits working at the Mutrah Market.
Vendors were acquainted with the hygienic health guidelines when dealing with and displaying food such as constant checking of the food quality, keeping the products at the right temperature, complying with the health etiquette standards when touching food and maintaining the food label where necessary.
