Municipality Trains Staff on Occupational Health & Safety

The Health Affairs unit of Muscat Municipality carried out a two-day workshop, training some employees and technicians on occupational health and safety. The workshop was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the General Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance, and aimed to introduce staff to the basic concepts, trends and skills in the field of Occupational Health and safety, focusing on personal and professional safety rules and risks that may occur in the work environment and how to address them.
