Municipality Initiates the Mobile Vending Zone "Masar" in Al-Amirat
Within its projects to serve the local community, develop and organize service work, Muscat Municipality has started creating the integrated mobile vending zone called "Masaar" in the wilayah of al-Amirat.
The project is to maintain a civilized sense of mobile vending activities in the Wilayah by creating an integrated service site allocated for mobile vendors in al-Amirat area, particularly in Highlands two. There will be 20 dedicated stands for mobile vendors, all equipped with chairs and tables. Aesthetic touches of landscaping adjoining the project will also be present, together with marble rubbish containers, (12) lighting poles, and the establishment of parking lots.
The project aims to establish an integrated service site, gathering all mobile vendors in one place, which will significantly protect residential sites from harmful grilling fumes, and facilitate the health control and food Inspection over the zone.
