Pursuing to enhance staff competencies, the General Directorate of human resources of Muscat Municipality inaugurated recently Kafa`ah online training programmes, in the presence of H.E president of Muscat Municipality.
The online courses offer training for the largest number of employees, using minimal resources and efforts, and beside the skills and knowledge that the platform offers, it facilitates the method of evaluation for participants.
The platform project includes a number of interactive training programmes in various fields, together with the associated tests and evaluations by conducted trainers. The programmes will be available to employees to participate in the 20 programmes, with an average of 1500 minutes for all programmes, to benefit from them at any time; as they are not limited to a specific time or a specific number of employees.
The platform has made a qualitative change in the field of training, which comes in response to the increasing need of training, and will also mark the beginning of the launch towards the establishment and development of the training system by international technical standards.
