The Central Market for Vegetables & Fruits Is Ready to Meet the Eid Demand
Muscat Municipality has announced the readiness of the central market of vegetables and fruits to meet the high demand to fruit and vegetables as people prepare to receive Eid al-Adha days. The municipal efforts made sure to provide abundant crops to accommodate the market in the Sultanate, while intensifying technical and health control over food establishments and stores located under the umbrella of the market.
The opening hours of the central market have been also extended, to be from 4:30 am to 10 pm for wholesalers, retailers and consumers, starting from 5 Thu al-Hijjah until Friday 9 Thhu al-Hijjah 1443, and it will be closed during the first two days of the Eid, and shall resume work on the third day according to the previous hours.
