Municipal Job Rotation Team Discusses Next Phase Requirements
As part of the integration with the objectives of "job rotation" initiative and its implementation, Muscat Municipality team has met to discuss the mechanism of implementing the first phase of the initiative, while developing appropriate solutions to overcome the challenges that may hinder the actual application of using the job rotation platform.
It is noteworthy that the job rotation initiative came to facilitate the process of transfer and mobility of employees in the government sector between government units and within the unit itself, in order to serve the development of human competencies in the government sector and empower them with the skills for the future.
