The various outlets for providing Muscat Municipality services include: the website of Muscat Municipality, Baladiyeti application on smartphones, consulting offices and Sanad offices.
Muscat Municipality website offers www.mm.gov.om a variety of electronic services for beneficiaries such as business license services, lease contract services, technical licensing services, parking permits. All these services do not require attendance; they can be completed electronically through the municipality`s website.
Sanad Services offices are also considered a strategic partner in the provision of services, as they are one of the service outlets that facilitate citizens and entrepreneurs to conduct Services according to the powers granted to them, and reduce the pressure on the service centers.
Contract renewal services are a documentation of the rental relationship between the owner and the tenant and can be renewed via the website within a month from the date of entry into force of the contract.
Muscat Municipality provides also an electronic service for issuing a commercial signage license to companies and establishments; to allow them to practice a certain activity and link it to the economic license issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (Invest Easy).
