Muscat Nights 2023 Kicks Off
His Excellency Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Governor of Muscat, patronized the opening ceremony of Muscat Nights 2023 at the Buhaira Theater in Al Qurm Natural Park in the presence of His Excellency head of Muscat Municipality, a number of their Excellencies, Sheikhs, representatives of entities and other invitees.
The opening ceremony started by the national anthem, followed by a music show presented by the Royal Guard of Oman. The events of Muscat nights 2023 will continue until February 4 2023, amid renewed content of events and activities designed to meet the expectations of the public and serve various segments of society and visitors.
The event was created to be a space for entertainment and cultural communication, because it is the largest entertainment and community event in Muscat Governorate, in harmony with the needs of the community with its various interests and keep pace with the requirements of the entertainment sector.
The events will be distributed in four main locations: Al Qurm Natural Park, An Naseem public park, Oman Automobile Association, and Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, in order to include the various community, as each of the Muscat Nights events sites will include a special schedule, activities and performances that will attract the largest number of audience and visitors.
Among the objectives of the events:
• Reviving the economy by strengthening the entertainment and tourism sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
• Designing and implementing specialized entertainment programmes that meet the aspirations of all age groups.
• Distributing the events to various locations, with the aim of spreading diversity that meets the taste and aspirations of visitors.
• Creating a space for cultural, intellectual and artistic communication, as the most prominent community event in Muscat Governorate.
• Promoting the creativity of the youth by involving them in the events.
• Investing the competencies and energies of volunteers in organizing and making events successful.
• Taking care of productive families and business owners by exhibiting them on platforms in different locations of Muscat Nights events.
• Involving small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in the events and activities.
The Omani capital Muscat will shine with magnificent nights of entertainment in the exceptional nights of Muscat 2023 during the coming period; which will be an invitation for Omani families, residents and tourists to visit the festival`s various sites to enjoy its various entertainment, educational, cultural, sports and artistic activities.
It is hoped that Muscat nights will be an entertainment factor on the map of events that will enhance the business environment, projects and youth ideas, and at the same time revive the Omani economy by providing an incubating environment that puts it on the agenda of events and entertainment sites that have been carefully selected to host the events of Muscat nights.
