Part of the ongoing municipal efforts to preserve the environment and its resources, and within the events of Muscat Nights 2023, Muscat Municipality implemented a clean up campaign in Qurm beach in cooperation with Qalhat services company, with the participation of H. E. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Humaidi, Head of Muscat Municipality, some officials and the participation of nearly 100 volunteers.

The campaign aimed at consolidating the community partnership between the municipality and the community, spreading awareness and culture about the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the city, contributing to enhancing social responsibility towards maintaining the cleanliness of the city, developing positive behavior towards the sustainability of environmental cleanliness, and enhancing the responsibility of individuals towards preserving their local environment.
