Muscat Municipality Takes Part in The Nabatat Carnival 2023
Muscat Municipality participates in the Nabatat Carnival 2023, which comes in conjunction with Muscat Book Fair of this year. The municipal participation will continue from February 23 to February 26 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, amid the participation of a number of government and private entities and institutions.
The municipality participates with a corner that introduces visitors to the importance of home gardens, suitable plants and planting methods, and how to prepare the soil for planting, care after planting trees. Visitors will also have the chance to know methods of propagation of indoor plants and how to care for them, how to propagate seasonal flowers, methods of preparing the site for planting, and initial site leveling and installation of irrigation systems.
Muscat Municipality has also allocated a corner for children, where workshops are held to introduce them (children) to how to grow plants, in a new atmosphere different from the home and school environment. The workshop is also based on providing them with the opportunity to express their energies by giving the child the opportunity to grow seedlings himself.
