Muscat Municipality Showcases Updated Baladiyeti App in Comex 2023
Muscat Municipality takes part in the ICT information and Communication Technology Show (Comex2023), which kicks off tomorrow (Monday) (22-25) May 2023 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center.
Muscat Municipality will showcase its state-of-the-art services related to digital transformation and facilitating the user experience, and reveals the details of the updated services in the new version of the Baladiyeti smartphone application.
In addition to introducing those interested in the municipality`s WhatsApp platform, which is called "Moeen" platform, which in turn provides an automated service to respond and identify options for the beneficiaries of services and guide them in the correct direction, which in turn saves time and effort and facilitates receiving knowledge.
