Muscat Municipality Reveals the Unified Municipal System in COMEX 2023
Muscat Municipality has concluded its participation in COMEX 2023, (22-25) May 2023 after showcasing the recent innovative technological projects designed by it. Visitors had the opportunity to see the updated version of Muscat Municipality website, Baldiyeti application, and the municipal services carried out by Sanad offices.
Within the e-services package was the Unified Central Municipal system which will be launched in the future and designed to achieve governance, management and sustainability for all sectors of municipal work, unified for all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
The idea of this system came to highlight and enhance the services and procedures, in addition to standardizing documents, linking these services with modern technologies, as well as linking them with artificial intelligence and smart city, which will all help beneficiaries proceed online services faster.
