Muscat Call Centre Reports In 2023 Exceed 2022




The statistics of the call center in Muscat Municipality indicate an increase in the percentage of completion of incoming communications to the center during the first half of 2023, which amounted to (54%) compared to 2022, as the number of incoming reports during 2023 reached more than (11) thousand reports compared to 2022, in which almost (10700) reports were registered.

The high indicator of achievement in the rate of reports received by the center reflects the continuous Municipal efforts in improving and developing the municipal services, where the center has formed a field team affiliated to it to work side by side with the service directorates; in order to speed up the completion process and serve the public in record time and to the fullest

It is worth mentioning is that the Muscat Municipality Call Center (1111) with all its services is a direct service arm to deal with the public and interact with them in terms of submitting reports on municipal services and reporting violations, in addition to effective communication with the public to answer their queries and needs from municipal services.
