Muscat Municipality prepares some trainers

In an attempt to rise its staff competency, the directorate general of human resources of Muscat municipality has implemented a training programme entitled "Training of a trainer" (TOT) for the training and rehabilitation of 25 employees from the municipality in the various specialist areas.
The programme aims to familiarize participants with training skills, interactive training methods, public engagement. It also aims to enable participants to design training content that focuses on skills, information and trends.
The idea of this training programme is to qualify staff to be trained in the health, technical, administrative, legal and safety fields professional and other municipal areas, to upgrade the level of the municipal employee and to give him skills on a continuous basis, which reflects positively on the overall performance of the municipality.
