Muscat Municipality on change management workshop to continue the path towards e-transformation
The Human resources directorate of Muscat Municipality held today a workshop on Change Management to the cadre in charge of e-Transformation in Muscat Municipality.
The workshop was to follow up the on going efforts towards transforming the Municipal procedures to be made electronically. The workshop examined several factors, including the concept of Change Management in accordance with the international standard IMCM, difference between Change Management and performance management.
